On April 30, 2008, the merge of three newspaper groups - Sin Chew
Media Corp Bhd, Nanyang Press Holdings Bhd and Hong Kong's Ming
Pao, led to the formation of "Media Chinese". It became Malaysia's
first primary dual listing in Malaysia cum Hong Kong's Stock Exchange.
