Borneo Infrastructure Development
In Malaysia, RH Group’s property development arm, Borneo Infrastructure
Development Sdn Bhd is the project manager for the high profile
commercial project to build the 15-storey international class RH
Hotel in Sibu. The hotel will then become one of Sibu’s
latest urban landmarks.
Its other focus is to develop commercial shoplots as well as residential
properties comprising medium-cost houses and semi-detached units
and has identified potential areas for expansion in Sibu, Kuching,
Miri & Kota Kinabalu.
Dynasty Development Ltd (DDL)
Rimbunan Hijau (PNG) Group, through its subsidiary company, Dynasty
Development Ltd (DDL), is the master developer of the compact
10-hectare integrated mixed development of the Vision City, Port
Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
The first phase of this property development project is Mega Mall, a 3-storey shopping complex which has commenced
construction since May, 2008.
Its upcoming projects will comprise of a luxurious hotel, top class serviced apartments and an exclusive intelligent office tower.
